into the big silence
here we come
just with God and Jesus Christ
and the Holy Spirit as our Infinite light
that brings out into the open every truth
in utmost razorsharp clarity and restores
on all holy souls and things again sanctity
through the true love and purity of the eternal
holy matrimony and wedding wreath
of Adam and Eve that they also wore
and as their cross bore as Abraham and Sarah
and Amram and Yocheved and Jesus Christ
and Mary Magdala, to name but a few of their
soul's incarnations and they only ever wanted
the very best for everybody in their way of
leading back home to God to heaven on earth
His one holy nation

they have endured for this almost unbearable slander
and humiliation, burning, stoning, crossing, stabbing,
hitting and even Medici poison woven into their priory's
tapestry wool and knitting,
would it not even for the worst enemies of God now
be fitting to repent and finally as their penance to put
wrong right and to end the most unholy fight
and in their mercy relent

as it is Christ-mas
time to confess
one's part in this awful, terrible and terrifying
because truth-denying mess
